The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines culture as, “the set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes an institution or organization.” At Trehel, we take pride in our unique culture and our business approach in the construction industry. As with any organization, each of our employees represents the Trehel brand and are responsible for adhering to our core values as they serve clients and care for their fellow team members. We are honored to announce the addition of two new team members who will enhance our ever-evolving corporate culture.
Matt recently joined Trehel as a Senior Project Manager. He and his family lived in Charleston, SC for many years, where he owned and operated a design-build and construction management firm since the early 2000’s. A graduate of Clemson University, Matt has been working in the construction industry for more than 20 years. Matt and his wife, Catherine, have four children, Reedy (16), Arlen (13), Sawyer (11), and Kaiser (10). Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and training his German Short Hair Pointers.
Our newest member of the team, Bob joined Trehel earlier this month as a Carpenter and is currently working at the Gold’s Gym project in Anderson, SC. He has worked in the construction industry, in a variety of roles, for more than 30 years. Bob and his wife, Karen, live in Liberty, SC and together they have five grown children. When he isn’t working, Bob enjoys spending time with his family.
