Trehel is completing the final stages of the renovation and expansion project of the old iconic Ideal Feed and Seed store structure and site on Laurens Road. Willy Taco Feed & Seed is repurposing the facility for their newest location and the first in the Greenville market. The design of the renovated structure will preserve many of the unusual characteristics of the landmark building.
The project features the use of many reclaimed materials displayed throughout the interior and exterior of the facility to enhance the authentic and rustic dining experience. Also included in the scope of work, was the creation of several unique outdoor dining and gathering areas. This highly anticipated restaurant plans to open within the next few weeks.
Albert Jolly Jr. and Associates, Architects of Spartanburg, SC provided architectural design services for the project and Sandra Cannon Interior Design of Spartanburg, SC provided interior design services. Our Trehel construction supervision team consisted of Adam Owens, Project Manager and Chris Frey, Project Superintendent.
