Over the years, some of the most enjoyable projects have been those dealing with a historic building. The renovation of the old Clemson Train Depot, resulted in a Historical Preservation Society award for the Town of Clemson.

Once you become involved with a project that has historical significance, your whole demeanor changes. As you painstakingly attempt to save the old atmosphere of the building, while creating modern and usable space, the designer and the contractor are challenged in their methods to salvage a brief moment in time that reflects the past history of the building and its use.
