New 160,000 square foot, eight-story, seventy-four unit lakefront condominium community that includes a lagoon-style pool and views of Lake Hartwell from all units.
Highpointe
Four phases totaling eighteen buildings of luxury student apartments. The complex also boasts a clubhouse, lagoon-style pool with lazy river, 24-hour manned security entrance, and is home to Tri-County Technical College's Bridge to Clemson program.
The Bookends
New 48,500 square foot mixed-use development integrating ground floor commercial space and upper floor residential condominiums. Pre-fabricated concrete panels, faced with brick veneer, allowed vertical assembly of the structure and provided several different outward facades, giving the appearance of multiple buildings.
