When dealing with institutions that have limited finances, trehel can provide multiple budgets on various building options, prior to authorizing construction documents, to optimize the value of the money budgeted for the project. By providing information to make informed decisions, the Owner determines the final design and budget guidelines prior to design documents, thus ensuring the success of the project before construction ever begins.

New 54,685 square foot mixed-use facility and dormitory includes Wofford College's new Center for Professional Excellence, classroom space, offices, a deli-style café and small food market. The upper two levels house four bedroom loft apartments totaling 80 beds. The project is slated for LEED Certification and is the fifth phase Trehel has completed for the Wofford College Student Village since 2006.
Additons and renovations to Furman University's Dining Hall included the addition of a second floor mezzanine, elevator, complete renovation of the ground floor dining level with salad bar, hot food stations, brick oven and dessert prep area. The top entrance level includes a lobby area, student resource center and coffee shop.
New 48,000 square foot, three-story chapel/fine arts building centering around a 1,200 seat auditorium with two lower levels of practice rooms, chorus and orchestra rooms, recording rooms and administrative offices.
New 299,163 square foot prototype high school on a 144-acre site in Pickens, SC.
New 15,000 seat football stadium and running track with 38,000 square feet of concession areas, locker rooms and press box.
New 140,000 square foot middle school with 43 classrooms, computer labs, media center with video production area, band and chorus rooms, industrial technology room, gymnasium and cafeteria/auditorium.
