“Trehel continuously provides an efficient, cost effective and timely way to construct buildings for the City of Clemson, from City Hall to an open air vehicle storage building to our new 250 space parking deck in downtown.
Utilizing Trehel’s design-build approach, the city has been able to be actively involved in the design work not only up to beginning construction, but throughout the entire building process. Design-build construction allowed the city to make changes all during construction that added many non-planned features and best
of all, bringing the project in $100,000 under budget.”
