As a contractor that performs the majority of our work under either a Design/Build or Partnering arrangement, we are always excited about new opportunities to confirm our belief that Design/Build affords the owner the best value and most flexibility available during the design and construction process. The owner truly benefits the most from this type of contractual arrangement as opposed to the design-bid method.
