Over the past several years, Clemson Eye has experienced significant growth in the Upstate region of South Carolina, and Trehel has been privileged to construct several of their facilities. The most recent project is a new $3.2 million office in Simpsonville that will serve as the new home for Dr. Easterling’s practice.
Site work for the project commenced earlier this year, and construction of a new Visual Health Clinic and Aesthetic Center is well underway. The single-story facility is designed in the Regency style and features a traditional wood-frame structure with a stucco exterior finish.
Amenities for the new facility will include a waiting lobby, exam rooms, optical shop, staff lounge, and resting room for Aesthetic services. Additional scope for the project features sitework services for parking, sidewalks, water detention, and landscaping. The project is scheduled to be completed in the early Fall of 2019.
Christine Tedesco, the owner of RSCT architecture + design, provided architectural design services for the project. Our Trehel construction project team consists of Matt Smith, Senior Project Manager, and Brad Stanley, serving as Project Superintendent.
