The Blood Connection held a Grand Opening Ceremony in April for its newest branch in Easley, SC. The Design-Build team of Trehel and Radium Architecture converted an existing stand-alone retail space into a modern and stylish facility. Donors will be able to relax in this welcoming environment while they contribute a vital resource to help save lives in the Upstate region.
The scope of work for the 4,200 square-foot facility included extensive renovations to the interior space, including finishes, plumbing, and electrical updates. Exterior work featured cosmetic changes and painting, along with sitework for reworking exterior drainage system and new paving for parking.
Radium Architecture provided architectural design services for the Design-Build project. Our Trehel construction supervision team consisted of Bryan Yoder, Project Manager and Project Superintendent, Jesus (Chuy) Rivera.
