Each year we have the honor and privilege to work with many faith-based organizations in the region. During the recent few weeks, Trehel has broken ground on three new ministry projects varying in both scale and scope. These new facilities will enhance the worship experience for their members as well as contribute to outreach efforts within their surrounding communities.
Site work has begun on the expansion and renovation of Anderson Mill Road Baptist Church in Moore, SC and is the single largest ministry-related project in Trehel’s 35-year history. The new modern two-story addition includes 90,671 square-feet of worship, fellowship areas, and classroom space.
Amenities and features include a 2,046 seat sanctuary, state-of-the-art classrooms, small group areas, flexible meeting space and expansive two-level gathering space called “The Concourse.” Renovations will consist of 63,000 square-feet of enhancements for a new dedicated children and student ministry education wing.
Signature Architects of Clemson, SC provided architectural design services for the project. Our Trehel construction project supervision team consists of John Cox, Project Manager and Jim Davis serving as Project Superintendent.
Work is well underway at Heights Church located in Beech Island, SC. The project features the addition of new sanctuary and gathering space along with renovations to their existing facility and education wing. The scope also includes extensive site work for expanded parking with storm drainage and retention.Equip Studio of Greenville, SC provided architectural design services for the project. Our Trehel construction project supervision team consists of Bryan Yoder, Project Manager and Rick Whitt serving as Project Superintendent.
Trehel is completing a new addition and renovation project at Utica Baptist Church in Seneca, SC. The project includes a 10,231 square-foot, two-story addition of new education space and expanded narthex fellowship area. The project scope also features an additional 8,075 square-feet of renovations to the existing sanctuary, classrooms, and bathrooms.
