Trehel recently completed a new $2.2 million medical office building for Baptist Easley at Patrick Square in Clemson, SC. The facility is home to four physician offices, Clemson Primary Care, Clemson Neurology, Roger C. Peace Rehab Services and the Baptist Easley Sleep Lab. The two-story 14,397 square-foot brick veneer structure features American colonial style architecture design. The lower level includes a lobby and patient waiting areas, general practice exam rooms, lab and x-ray rooms and sleep therapy center. The second level contains rehab and neurology exam rooms along with doctor offices. Preliminary site work was provided by Patrick Square development for pad ready construction.
