Fourth Expansion Completed at The Pier Written by Trehel Corp., August 31st, 2016 Trehel recently completed construction of $7.6 million Phase 4 expansion which created an additional 67,000 square-feet of living space at the upscale student housing development in Seneca, SC. The most recent phase features a new student living concept with the construction of 33 tiny homes included in the scope of work. Each of these dwellings features one bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen/living area, along with a front porch and even its own front yard. In addition to the tiny homes, the project included thirteen cottages and four townhome buildings for a total of 50 buildings completed with 700 living units. Signature Architects of Clemson, SC provided architectural design services and Tom Winkopp Realtor/Developer, LLC was the project developer. Our Trehel construction project supervision team consisted of Tim Murphy, Project Manager, Brian Friddle, Project Superintendent and Chuy Rivera, Project Superintendent.
