As a native of Greenville and a graduate of Clemson’s Construction Science and Management Program, Andrew knows the importance of the construction industry in the Upstate. He recently joined Trehel as a Project Engineer. In his most recent position, Andrew helped plan and execute the addition to the Doug Kingsmore Stadium, along with the College Avenue Student housing project in Clemson. Andrew is engaged to marry Susannah Myers in April of 2017.
After working in the manufacturing industry for six years, Brittaney decided to switch industries and join Trehel as our new General Ledger Accountant. Her background in accounting and joyful personality makes her a great fit for our team. Brittaney is originally from Pennsylvania, but fell in love with the region and decided to relocate along with her dog, Quigley to Greenville.
After a brief retirement, Charlie put his work boots back on and returned to Trehel in April. We like to think he just really missed us! Charlie is serving as the Project Superintendent for Baptist Easley's new medical office building in Clemson. With more than 50 years of experience in the construction industry, we can understand how he missed the work. Charlie and his wife Linda reside in Liberty, SC.
Congratulations to Chuy for his recent promotion to Project Superintendent. Chuy has been a team member with Trehel for 14 years and has excelled in the variety of roles in the field. Prior to this promotion, Chuy served as a Foreman on several key projects. Chuy’s and his wife, Maribel, have a daughter named Nahomy.
In June, Tim rejoined Trehel after a long sabbatical. He is serving as the Project Superintendent for the new Willy Taco Feed and Seed located on Laurens Road where the iconic Feed and Seed Building will be repurposed for the new restaurant. Previously, Tim worked at Trehel for over ten years as a Superintendent.
John Matthews
A new resident to the Upstate, John joins Trehel as an Assistant Superintendent at Ravenel Elementary School project site. He received his Construction Science degree from Texas A&M and had prior experience working as an Assistant Superintendent and a Project Engineer. His wife, Rachel, is a graduate student at Clemson University where she is working on getting her Master's degree in Architecture + Health.
Josh Donald
Josh has joined the Trehel team working out in the field, while he completes his Construction Engineering Technology degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. Not only is Josh gaining field experience, but he is also proving to be a valuable asset working on the College Parke Townhomes project.
Brian joins Trehel as an Office Intern, providing assistance to the project management staff over the summer. He is currently in graduate school at Clemson University pursuing his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. Brian and his wife Anslee recently bought a house in Simpsonville, SC.
In May, Dillon joined the Trehel team for the summer as an Office Intern. He primarily works in Accounts Payable, but ventures into other departments to gain additional experience. In December, Dillon will graduate from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina with a degree in finance and marketing.
Austin McCall
This summer Austin has joined our Trehel team members at the Pier Phase 4 project in Seneca, SC. He is gaining insightful experience as a Field Intern and learning what it takes to construct a high-paced building project. In December, Austin will graduate with a Civil Engineering degree from Clemson University.
Nolan joined Trehel as a Field Intern out at the new Willy Taco Feed and Seed project located in Greenville, SC. He is a rising sophomore at Clemson University completing a degree in Construction Science and Management. Nolan is acquiring new skills that will benefit him as he continues his career in the construction industry.
